The Owlet Monitor Twin Pack goes beyond the capabilities of any other baby monitor to reassure you that your baby is safe while they sleep. By tracking your baby’s heart rate and oxygen levels, the Twin Pack goes beyond what you might be able to see or hear, so that you can really know if your baby is sleeping safely or if they need you. This information combined with the ability to stream HD video to your smartphone from wherever you are is what makes Twin Pack the most complete picture of your baby’s well-being while they sleep.
• WHAT COMES IN THE OWLET MONITOR Twin Pack BOX?
• You will receive 2 sets of the following items: Sock Sensor, Base Station, two sock sizes with a right and left sock, a power adaptor and charging cords, as well as the Owlet Cam, magnetic base, wall mounting kit with cable guards and power adapter.
• HOW DOES THE MONITOR Twin Pack WORK?
• The Monitor Twin Pack combines the Smart Sock and the Cam. The Smart Sock uses pulse oximetry technology to track your baby’s heart rate and oxygen while they sleep. Your baby’s readings are sent to the Base Station, which uses lights and sounds to keep you updated on your baby wellness. The Cam streams HD video to your phone over a secure, encrypted connection.Together, the Monitor Twin Pack delivers the most complete picture of your baby’s safety.
• IS WI-FI REQUIRED TO USE THE MONITOR Twin Pack?
• Wi-Fi is required to view live readings and video from the Monitor Twin Pack in the Owlet app. The Cam requires a Wi-Fi connection to stream video and audio to your smartphone. The Smart Sock and Base Station connect via Bluetooth, so if your Wi-Fi goes down or your phone dies, the Base Station will notify you if your baby needs your attention. As always, the Base Station is your primary notification system for the Smart Sock.
• IS THE MONITOR Twin Pack CONSIDERED A MEDICAL DEVICE?
• The Monitor Twin Pack is a consumer product that provides parents with insights into their baby’s wellness. The Monitor Twin Pack is not an FDA-approved medical device and is designed and intended for families with healthy infants, and is not meant to replace Safe Sleep Practices.
• DOES THE MONITOR Twin Pack STILL WORK IF MY WI-FI GOES OUT?
• Because the Smart Sock and Base Station connect via Bluetooth your Base Station will still notify you if your Wi-Fi goes out. The Base Station is your primary notification system for the Smart Sock. The only aspect of the Monitor Twin Pack that would be affected by a Wi-Fi outage is the ability to stream video from the Cam.
• WHAT IS TWO-WAY TALK?
• The two-way audio feature allows you to communicate with Baby through the Cam. Talk to and soothe your baby with two-way talk and stay connected from anywhere.
• HOW LONG DO THE BATTERIES LAST?
• The Owlet Monitor Twin Pack has wireless drop-and-go charging that allows you to get an 8 hour charge in under 20 minutes, and a full 16 hours in 90 minutes!
• DOES IT WORK WITH TWINS OR MULTIPLES?
• Yes! The Owlet Monitor Smart Sock is great for twins/multiples, and each baby will need their own Owlet Monitors. You can view readings for all babies at the same time in the Owlet app.
• DO YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO USE THE APP?
• The Owlet App is free to download in the App Store or Google Play Store. Connect both your Smart Sock and Owlet Cam together in the same app to see a complete view of your little one.
• DOES IT COME WITH MULTIPLE FABRIC SOCKS?
• Yes! The Owlet Monitor Twin Pack comes with two sock sizes, and a right and left sock for each size. Size 1 fits babies 5 to 12 lbs. and size 2 is for babies from 12-30 lbs.
• CAN I CHANGE THE HEART RATE AND OXYGEN LEVEL PRESET ZONES IN THE APP?
• The Owlet Monitor Twin Pack’s thresholds are preset and are not adjustable. Please remember it is not a medical device and intended for use to provide peace of mind to parents.
